This site belongs to Flavio Amiel, based in Porto, Portugal. Here's what I collect and why.
Payments go through Stripe. I get your name, email, country and what you bought, never your card details. I use them to deliver your download, send receipts and product updates, and handle refunds.
The site uses Google Analytics and the advertising tags of Meta, Google Ads and X. They tell me which pages and ads bring visitors and sales, and let me show ads to people who visited.
I may share a scrambled (hashed) version of buyers' email addresses with Meta, Google and X. They use it to avoid showing you ads for things you already own, to show you related products, and to find people with similar interests. They don't get your purchase details and can't use the list for anything else. You can opt out at any time and I'll remove you from these lists.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or opt out of ad lists. Send a message through the question form on any product page, or reply to your receipt email, and I'll handle it within 30 days. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
